The number of stocks scanned for is dependent on the scan definition.<\/p>\n<h4>When are intraday, daily, weekly and monthly alerts run?<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Intraday<\/strong> &#8211; An alert for 1 minute starts running at 9:16am(Lowest time interval). Considering the latest data as of 9:15:59am, the next run would be at 9:17am.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market open &#8211;<\/strong> Runs at 9:20am considering the latest data as of 9:19:59am.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Market close &#8211;<\/strong> Runs between 6pm-7pm daily<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly &#8211;<\/strong> Runs every Friday between 6pm-7pm<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly<\/strong> &#8211; Runs on the last day of the month between 6pm-7pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Are the alerts live[in real-time]?<\/h4>\n<p>Yes, our scans run on the<strong> latest live data available<\/strong> eg. If you have configured to run a scan every 5 minutes, the first scan would be at 9:20am, which will be based on the data as of 9:19:59am. As we process dozens of scans for every user throughout the day, there could be a delay of up to 1 minute while you are notified.<\/p>\n<h4>How frequently would I be notified of alerts?<\/h4>\n<p>We send our alert notifications based on alert configuration. If you&#8217;ve set an alert to run every 5 minutes, it shall run at 9:20am, 09:25am, and 09:30am. We send you notifications <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">ONLY<\/span> when we find new stocks the scans to avoid spamming your SMS\/mailbox.<\/p>\n<h4>How many alerts I shall receive?<\/h4>\n<p>We provide a total of <strong>2,000 SMS &amp; email credits in a month<\/strong>, which are used while sending alerts. These allow you to receive more than <strong>90+ alerts per day<\/strong>. Notification credits(SMS &amp; email) will be used at an alert level and independent of the number of stocks filtered in a scan. If an alert notifies you about 50 stocks, it will use <strong>a single notification credit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>What happens when your NOTIFICATION credits finish?<\/h4>\n<p>You can purchase additional SMS or Email credits. Visit your<a href=\"https:\/\/chartink.com\/subscription_dashboard\"> subscription dashboard<\/a> to do so.<\/p>\n<h4>HOW DO WE SEE ALL THE ALERTS CONFIGURED?<\/h4>\n<div>We provide a <a href=\"https:\/\/chartink.com\/alerts_dashboard\">alerts dashboard<\/a>\u00a0that allows you to configure and manage your active alerts.<\/div>\n<h4>Do you provide the scanners, or does the subscriber have to use his own scanners?<\/h4>\n<div>\n<p>You can add alerts on any of the<strong> 1,50,000+<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/chartink.com\/screeners\">screeners<\/a>&#8216; available on the site or create your own.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h4>IS THERE FREE TRIAL AVAILABLE?<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div>We provide <strong>all our other tools(scans, charts) free to use<\/strong> on our site. Alerts are resource intensive and is also supported by external services, <strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">including sms\/email,<\/span> <\/em><\/strong>which include additional costs&#8217;.
