Scan Description: Yearly PE Ratio lesser than 35 is good BTST after 3 pm for 3 to 5 percent profit and 1 percent loss.Price Percent should be in Positive for at least past 3 to 5 days,Delivery % should be in the range of 20 to 35 % for all days ,There Should not be any abnormality in delivery Percentage.All Time Frame % should be green and more than 20 to Above 50 %,William % R Should be Above 20 but less than -5 not advised to buy ,ROC Should be in Positive EPS Must be Above 10 ,PE must be below 25 but since rest all criteria is matching we can compromise with this filter in some cases.Under Shareholders At least one Fund Manager Should Hold this Stocks. And At least one fund Manager should holding this stocks then good.Share Holding Pattern Promoters Should hold greater than 50 to 75 % Share But more than 75% and less than 50 % Share HoldingIs also operator driven or manipulating. If under Depository Receipts showing some number then it can be Manipulating Stocks Since it shows pledged Share.
