SETUP: 1. Second 15 minute candle should not break the high or low of first 15 minute candle. In other words, it should be an inside bar candle. 2. Buy if the high of 2nd 15 minute candle is broken. In this case, the 1st 15 minute candle's open should be equal to low. 3. Sell if the low of 2nd 15 minute candle is broken. In this case, the first 15 minute candle's open should be equal to high.
