    Some of the indicators or Oscillators are not available in filtering, Like momentum.

  10. HI..
    I want to make screener for stock
    which are still in narrow range of first 30 min to till 10.30. and 11.30 and 12.30
    but the condition is still in the range of first 15 or 30 min..
    i donot want the share which are giving breakout of firtst 15 or 30 min.. range.
    it should be in in in the range of first 15 or 30 min..
    please write coding for me..

  12. I think adding open interest (and other FnO stats) should be top priority right now, please work towards adding the same instantly, it will also serve to differentiate you from the competition.

  25. hi, want to know why cant we move the scans we created/ saved in chartink, drag one upon another, why cant we move them up & down, like the scan has ten scan indicators we saved, now we want to bring 10 in the row of the 10 scans to the top the tenth one at first position , but cant we , why

    when stock 1 day ago close is 20 day below the median of bolinger band and latest closing is “crossing above” the 20 day median of bolinger band pls advice
    mean when stock started “crossing above” the median line of 20 dqys of bolinger band towards upperside pls advice thanks

  35. hi, is there any way to know if the stock rsi has crossed 80 gone above 80 in (any )15 minute candle of the day, but currently the rsi is below 80 like for eg current rsi may be 30/40/50
    my querry is rsi crossed 80 in day candle of 15 minute any time in a day but currently its below 80
    1.. [0] 15 minute Sma ( [0] 15 minute Rsi ( 3 ) , 25 ) >= 80
    2.. [0] 15 minute Rsi ( 3 ) >= 80
    i have tried thru many but didnt succeeded these above give current rsi – i want in any 15 minute candle of the day it touched 80 above rsi, and current it can be 30/40/50 mean below 80

  41. Just wanted to thank you for this amazing website that is simple and easy to use. You have by far the best screener in the world and I have used many to trade in US, UK, and Indian markets and none comes this close in terms of simplicity and possibilities. Keep up the good work.

    p.s. addition of new indicators and better access to backtesting results will be splendid. Sometimes it is hard to click on a date to see backtest results going back more than 4 years.

    Is it possible to add Connors RSI? Currently available Connors RSI indicators provided by other users are not anywhere near the Connors RSI definition.

      Please note that the calculation of Connors RSI involves applying a 2-period RSI on a “streak”, which is currently not possible to do within the system. But we are soon going to add this as an in-built indicator.

    I need to get 52week high date and 52week low date and want to use in my screener to find stocks where 52week high date is less than 52week low date, please let me know how can in achieve this in chartink screener.

    1. Hello,

      The Abs function would return an absolute value. It would be used when you are unsure if the value would be positive or negative so you’d use the Abs function.

      For example, Abs (open-close) would return the absolute value of the difference of the open-close. This in turn could be used to calculate the body of the candle. Here is an example scan for the same:
